How we create content
Who writes the pages on this site, how AI is used, and how facts are checked before anything is published.
Who is responsible
Every page is published under the name of a real person, shown in the byline and linked to their profile. That person reviews, edits and approves the page before it goes live. Nothing on this site is published automatically.
How AI is used
We use AI writing assistants to help research topics and draft pages. Drafts are a starting point: a person checks every claim, rewrites what is unclear or wrong, adds first-hand detail from using Sandbox Notes, and removes anything that cannot be backed up. Pages drafted this way carry a short note saying so.
How facts are checked
- Factual claims link to primary sources (official documentation, standards bodies, peer-reviewed research or the original publisher).
- Sandbox Notes is a fictional sample product. The screenshots on this site are mock screens, and each one is labelled as a sample.
- Comparison pages show the date the competitor details were checked, list where the other tool is the better choice, and say that we make Sandbox Notes.
- We never copy store ratings or reviews, never publish fake testimonials, and never accept payment for links or placements.
Dates and updates
"Published" is the date a page first went live. "Updated" appears only after a substantive change (new information, corrected facts or a rewritten section), not after typo fixes.
